About me

Currently Manager, People Partnering at Employment Hero, an Australian founded unicorn start-up with over 350,000 customers across the globe. My current role involves being a strategic partner to Product & Engineering teams with over people 500+ people in the portfolio across APAC. Employment Hero’s mission is to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone through their suite of HR & Payroll tools and software.

My passion sits in the intersection of anything that crosses technology and people. I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping build, optimise and develop start-ups and more specifically Product & Engineering to hit their ambitious goals.

I’ve worked throughout the whole employee lifecycle including people strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, organisational design and optimising technical teams for success. Understanding how lean start-ups and scale-ups operate, my signature strength has been my understanding and focus on effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes through people, technology and employee experience.

I’m proud to have worked on many significant commercial projects throughout my career including scaling up teams at speed with maximum efficiency, corporate development projects, HRIS implementations and uplifts through to people partnering and assisting teams to solve the most complex of people problems.

Through my breadth of expertise working with people and technology, I can help you solve problems and develop solutions aligned to your organisational objectives that are built from the ground up.
